Drunken Designs?!

I couldn’t resist posting about this one! I figured this had something to do with design since these people got creative with “designing” on their drunken friends. I myself have never been drunk in my life. After looking at what happened to these people, I’m kinda glad! Check out the 25 Drunken Shamings Of All Time.

Another Day

“Another Day” was a song written about a lost friendship.  I was asked to write this song by a friend of mine who came to me with a story. I then turned that story into lyrics. The hope was that this friendship, which was so close in the past, would be reunited. The song was meant to be sung by a female, but by including my recording for the chorus along with the female vocals, it left the impression that the song was about a lost relationship instead of a lost friendship. “One Day At A Time” was a song written about new relationships. It can be difficult to open yourself up again to someone after being hurt in the past. When you begin a new relationship, that painful past may still be fresh in your mind and your fear is that you may be hurt again. Relationships, as with life, should be about living within the moment. You don’t know what the future will bring. Be happy for each day you get and take things one day at a time. Read more

His Only Friend

“His Only Friend” was a song written about alcoholism, a very serious disease. This song actually hit close to home because it was based on someone that I know. This person used to enjoy life, family, and friends, but unfortunately the only friend around now is a glass bottle. My hope is that reality will soon set in, that there is more to life than a room full of smoke and empty bottles, and that the unconditional love of friends and family will help to push this person to change.
